Job Purpose Sales Executive is responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process. And willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities: • Warmly welcome customers walk in and phone call. • Provide technical support or problem solving to serve customer requirements. • Build and maintain key customers / Identify and develop new customer opportunities to achieve revenue, sales targets by phone, email and in person. • Conduct research and analyze and evaluate the competitors’ products or services. • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. • Creates marketing strategy to compete in the marketing environment. • Participating in sales team meetings. • New product-orientation to customer & fast to catch up the customer purpose. • Providing daily, weekly and monthly sale reports, customers’ visited showroom to supervisor by using Log Book. • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review. • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback. • Perform other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: • High school diploma or Bachelor Degree Sales/Marketing and related fields. • At least 02-year experience in sales & marketing with construction company. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize work tasks. • Good English speaking & writing, be able to use MS.
