Job Purpose: The Chinese Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies targeting Chinese-speaking markets or customers. This role focuses on promoting the company’s products/services, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through marketing campaigns in Chinese language platforms and channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeting Chinese-speaking audiences. - Create and translate marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials into Chinese. - Manage the company’s presence on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu). - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Chinese markets. - Build and maintain relationships with Chinese media, influencers, and partners. - Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities directed at Chinese customers. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging. - Other tasks will be assigned by superior or management Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. - Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken and written). - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Chinese markets or for Chinese-speaking audiences. - Knowledge of Chinese digital marketing platforms and consumer behavior. - Strong copywriting and content creation skills. - Good organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
