一、岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1.根据公司平台及商业项目需求，负责优质品牌商户及合作伙伴的招商工作。 According to the needs of the company's platform and commercial projects, responsible for the investment promotion of high-quality brand merchants and partners. 2.按招商计划开发并洽谈潜在客户，进行商务谈判并签订合作协议。 Develop and negotiate with potential customers according to the investment promotion plan, conduct business negotiations and sign cooperation agreements. 3.跟进新商户入驻流程，协调各部门提供支持，确保其顺利运营。 Follow up the entry process of new merchants, coordinate various departments to provide support, and ensure their smooth operation. 4.收集分析市场信息及客户需求，优化招商策略，提升招商效率。 Collect and analyze market information and customer needs, optimize investment promotion strategies and improve investment promotion efficiency. 5.建立并维护与商户的长期合作关系，定期回访了解经营情况。 Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with merchants, and conduct regular follow-up visits to understand their business conditions. 6.协助制定招商政策及合同条款，并监督执行。 Assist in formulating investment promotion policies and contract terms, and supervise their implementation. 7.参与市场推广及招商宣传活动，提升公司平台品牌影响力。 Participate in market promotion and investment promotion activities to enhance the brand influence of the company's platform. 8.整理招商工作数据，向上级汇报工作进展及目标达成情况。 Collate investment promotion work data and report work progress and goal achievement to superiors. 二、任职要求 | Qualifications 1.1 年以上招商工作经验，行业不限，有商业综合体、零售、物业招商经验者优先。 More than 1 year of investment promotion experience, no industry restriction, experience in investment promotion of commercial complexes, retail or property is preferred. 2.熟悉柬埔寨本地市场，具备良好的客户资源及市场拓展能力。 Familiar with the local market in Cambodia, with good customer resources and market development capabilities. 3.具备良好的沟通谈判能力及团队协作能力。 Good communication and negotiation skills and team collaboration skills. 4.目标导向明确，执行力强。 Clear goal orientation and strong execution ability. 5.工作认真负责，能适应一定的工作压力。 Serious and responsible in work, able to adapt to a certain degree of work pressure.
