Program Administration and Logistics - Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the academic calendar, class schedules. - Course Materials: Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of essential textbooks, supplies, and course materials. - Accreditation Support: Assist in gathering data and preparing documentation for program reviews, audits, and accreditation processes. Faculty and Staff Support - Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new faculty members, providing orientation to departmental policies and systems. - Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas for, and record minutes of faculty and departmental meetings. - Workload Management: Help monitor faculty workloads, teaching assignments, and office hours to ensure equitable distribution and compliance with institutional policies. Student Academic Services - Registration and Records: Assist students with course registration, drop/add processes, and prerequisite checks. Maintain confidential student academic records. - Advising Support: Serve as a primary administrative contact for students regarding program requirements, graduation requirements, and academic procedures. - Assessment Logistics: Coordinate the logistics of examinations and assessments, including scheduling, distribution, and submission. Curriculum and Quality Assurance - Policy Implementation: Ensure the consistent implementation of institutional and departmental academic policies. - Curriculum Documentation: Maintain up-to-date files and documentation for all course outlines and curriculum changes.
