1. Customer Communication - Sent Statement of Accounts (SOA) twice weekly in PDF & Excel formats. - Monthly SOA dispatched on the 3rd or 4th of each month. - Followed up daily on payments via email and phone calls. 2. Receipts & Voucher Documentation - Daily check of AR/AP transactions and AR/AP aging. - Issued receipts with invoices and sent digitally to customers. - Issued Voucher with invoices and settle payment to supplier. - Uploaded invoices, receipts, Voucher and credit notes daily to SharePoint. 3. Revenue, Cost & Tax Compliance - Retrieved daily revenue invoices, receipts, and credit notes for tax preparation. - Checked Debtors VAT numbers in organization model and reconciled with business licenses. - Reconciled overseas tax IDs in CW1 and tax reports. - Uploaded sales tax reports and credit notes into tax system. - Ensured accuracy of tax declaration (10% VAT vs 0% VAT). 4. Bank & Cash Management - Performed bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and resolved issues with banks, operations, and sales teams. 5. Reporting & Audit - Prepared daily MIS reports (collections, debtor reports, bad debts, overdue updates). - Generated weekly AR reports and overdue reports. - Supported external and internal audits with documentation. - Maintained adherence to financial policies, controls, and governance. - Ensured timely resolution of receivable issues (unidentified credits, mismatches, pending collections). - Updated currency rates daily in CW1. - Reconciled revenue invoices with sales tax reports for audit accuracy.
