Job Description: HG Trading & Transportation Company is seeking a professional and responsible Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an online environment. This role plays a key part in monitoring financial transactions, controlling costs, reviewing contracts, and providing accurate financial reports to support management decisions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor all sales and purchasing transactions of the company • Manage and verify company contracts, ensuring financial and legal accuracy • Control and track incoming and outgoing payments • Check, manage, and organize invoices, receipts, and payment records • Review and cross-check contracts related to trading and transportation activities • Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports • Monitor and control company expenses and cash flow • Ensure financial records are accurate, transparent, and up to date • Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and cost control • Support internal financial audits and compliance when required ⸻ Job Requirements: • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a related financial role • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Fluent in English (mandatory) • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and Chinese is a strong advantage and will be offered a higher salary • Experience in trading, logistics, or transportation businesses is a plus • High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and online with minimal supervision • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel ⸻ Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary, based on experience and language skills • Higher salary for candidates proficient in English + Chinese + Vietnamese • Flexible online / remote working arrangement • Long-term cooperation opportunity with company growth
