Key Responsibilities . Accounting Software Support: Provide support to customers using E-Power and Pointer Accounting systems. Assist with software installation and troubleshoot issues related to daily data entry and system usage. . Customer Training: Provide comprehensive training to new clients on how to use Pointer Accounting correctly, including billing, monthly tax reporting, and automated GDT e-Filing. . Sales & Business Development: Identify small and medium-sized businesses that need accounting software. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain the benefits of our software to potential customers. . Customer Feedback: Listen to customer needs and feedback, and communicate them to the internal team to help improve the software and services. Qualifications & Requirements . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting . 1–2 years of experience in the accounting field is an advantage. . Work Schedule: Must be available to work full-time. . Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and finance, Cambodian tax laws, and accounting practices. . Computer Skills: Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
