Admin & HR Officer (Site-based)

The salary is negotiable. Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: - Handle daily site administration and office coordination. - Maintain filing systems, records, and site documentation. - Prepare letters, memos, reports, and meeting minutes. - Manage office supplies and site assets. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. - Support site meetings, inspections, and internal coordination. HR Duties: - Handle staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets. - Assist with recruitment at site level (posting, shortlisting, interview coordination). - Support onboarding and offboarding of site staff. - Maintain employee files and HR records. - Assist in probation tracking and performance evaluation coordination. - Support payroll preparation by submitting accurate attendance data to HQ. - Communicate HR policies and site rules to staff. Coordination & Compliance: - Act as a link between site staff and HQ HR/Admin team. - Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations at site. - Assist in handling staff queries and basic disciplinary documentation. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related field. - At least 1–2 years of admin or HR experience, preferably site-based. - Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email).
