As an integral part of our General Business Service industry, you will have the opportunity to support both our internal team and our external clients. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for both administrative duties and human resources functions, we want to hear from you!  Job responsibilities: • Managing and maintaining office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities • Handling administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence • Assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations • Coordinating internal communications and events to boost staff engagement • Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on company policies • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices • Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration • Participating in strategic planning sessions and contributing ideas for organizational improvement • Developing and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.  Job requirements: • At least 1 year of experience as an Admin & HR Officer in a similar industry • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures with a focus on recruitment and employee relations • Proficiency in basic English language to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties • Proficiency in cold calling and appointment setting • Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting • Ability to use the internet effectively for research and communication • Fair level of English proficiency for verbal and written communication • Previous experience in administrative and HR tasks preferred *Benefits: - Competitive salary - Exposure to international business operations. - Career growth toward leadership positions. - Multicultural and dynamic work environment. - NSSF, annual leave (18 days), sick leave (7 days) and special leave (7 days)
