Position: Architect Department: Engineering / Design Reports to: Design Manager / Project Manager Job Summary The Architect is responsible for creating building concepts, preparing design drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and coordinating with relevant teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models. Position: MEP Engineer Department: Engineering / Technical Reports to: Senior MEP Engineer / MEP Manager Job Summary The MEP Engineer is responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective project execution. Key Responsibilities Design MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). Prepare calculations, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors. Conduct site inspections to ensure installations follow the design. Troubleshoot MEP issues and propose technical solutions. Ensure all MEP designs comply with codes and industry standards. Participate in project meetings and prepare progress reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering. Strong knowledge of MEP standards, codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related software. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP design or supervision. Key Responsibilities Develop interior layout plans, detailed drawings, and 3D renderings. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorations. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors. Review shop drawings and material samples for approval. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure designs follow safety, ergonomic, and aesthetic standards. Prepare cost estimates and design documentation.
