Job Description: • Lead and monitor the daily work of sales to achieve sales results and meet company’s sales goal. • Build up good relationship and follow up business opportunities with new and existing customers. • Review quotations, bidding document, acceptance document and other related document. • Keep track of the sales activities of the sales team and constantly follow up service. • Handle customers complains and act as example by following company policies. • Generate business and promote company’s products to the market, make appointment to client. • Assist on A/R collection and ensure credit term with customers. • Execute sales call/meeting effectively • Understand incoterm to easy for discussion with client requirement. • Coordinate with operation, customer service, and documentation teams to arrange booking, pick up, customs clearance, and delivery for customers’ shipments. • Handle other assigned tasks as needed sales supports Requirements: - Microsoft word/excel - Can speak English /Chinese - Pro-active, Organizational skills and Team Work
