审计团队Auditor / Audit Assistant 工作地点 / Location 柬埔寨（西哈努克 /西湖） Cambodia ( Sihanoukville Xihu hotel) 所属部门 / Department 审计部 / 合规与内部审计部门 Audit Department / Compliance & Internal Audit 一、岗位职责 / Responsibilities 协助执行财务报表审计，包括资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表的复核。 执行现场审计程序，如现金盘点、固定资产检查、供应商 /。 审查公司在税务法律和博彩经营法规方面的合规性。 评估内部控制制度，识别潜在缺陷并提出改进建议。 协助准备审计报告及管理层复核文件。 与审计团队成员和管理层保持良好沟通，整理审计证据并汇报重大事项。 - Assist in performing audits of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement reviews. Conduct fieldwork procedures such as cash counts, fixed asset inspections. Review compliance with Cambodian tax laws and gaming regulations (e.g., CGMC, Prakas announcements). Evaluate internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements. Assist in preparing audit reports and working papers for management review. Maintain effective communication with team members and management, document audit evidence, and report key findings. 二、任职资格 / Qualifications 会计、审计、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历。 1–3 年（审计助理）或 3–5 年（审计员）相关经验优先。 熟悉柬埔寨税法、博彩相关法规（如 Prakas 公告、CGMC 规定）者优先。 理解国际财务报告准则（CIFRS for SMEs）。 具备良好的英语沟通能力，会高棉语者优先。 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel、审计或会计软件。 责任心强、注重细节，具备职业道德与团队合作精神。 - Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields. 1–3 years (Audit Assistant) or 3–5 years (Auditor) of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and gaming regulations (Prakas, CGMC) is an advantage. Understanding of CIFRS for SMEs. Strong communication skills in English; Khmer language skills are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software.
