*** Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage all beverage checklist 2. Maintain cleanliness and proper control of all beverage stations and preparation areas 3. Ensure all equipment is clean, fully stocked, and in good working condition 4. Follow and monitor scheduled cleaning procedures for all beverage equipment and areas 5. Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation processes 6. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for all beverage items 7. Prepare beverages strictly in accordance with beverage SOPs 8. Check and ensure quality standards for espresso, blended drinks, fresh milk, soda, and other beverages 9. Consistently follow and maintain standard store recipes to ensure product quality 10. Control beverage inventory and ensure sufficient stock is available for daily operations 11. Record and report beverage usage, waste, and transfers accurately 12. Monitor and control beverage consumption to minimize waste 13. Communicate and hand over all relevant information clearly to the next shift 14. Coordinate with the cashier regarding promotions, menu items, and product availability 15. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times 16. Support the service team during non-peak hours to ensure smooth operations *** Job Requirements: 1. At lease year 1 in Business Administration, or a related field 2. 1 years’ experience in Coffee and teams cooperation effectively 3. 1-2 years’ experience in Front store service operations 4. 1 year's POS system experience 5. Possess strong negotiation skills and can arrive at win-win solutions to the customer and colleague 6. Strong communication, friendly and interpersonal skills 7. Medium of communication in English 8. Dare face to face with customer recommendation upseling 9. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment 10. Knowledge in MS Office Suite *** Working Condition: 1. Working shift: 8AM to 5PM 2. Working days: Follow roster schedule 3. Day off: 4 days off a month *** Benefit Offer: 1. Public Holiday 2. Annual Leave 18 days a year 3. NSSF 4. Seniority Payment 2 times a year
