Boutique Consultant Executive

Job Summary: ALPHA International Corporation Ltd. is a local company to run business consultancy in Cambodia more than 20 years already since 2004. We are seeking The Boutique Consultant Executive to assist Boutique Consultant Manager in responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique consulting team. This role involves managing a group of consultants, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business results while maintaining the high standards of service that our boutique is known for. Key Responsibilities: To assist Boutique Consultant Manager • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. • Lead consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. • Identify opportunities for growth, including new services and potential clients. • Stay updated with industry trends and challenges to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. • Work with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client solutions. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, articulating findings and recommendations. Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management. Qualifications: - Cambodian Citizen, age between 30 - 45, Male or Female - Reasonable level of English Proficiency, Japanese Speaking would be encouraged. - Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consultant management or a related field. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
