JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and providing insights to support go-to-market strategies. • Identify and evaluate potential business leads through networking and target customers. • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners. • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to key customers. • Work closely with sales team to develop strategy go-to-market. • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and key customers. • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences. • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Achieve quarterly revenue targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). • Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management. JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles. • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Skilled in networking, project coordination, and problem-solving. • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies through proper delegation, prioritization, and execution. • Ability to adapt to company culture and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with business applications (e.g., CRM, Salesforce, SAP) is an advantage.
