Claim & Warranty

1. Warranty & Claim Handling Receive, verify, and process warranty claims from dealers or customers. Ensure all claims comply with company and manufacturer warranty policies. Approve or reject claims based on investigation results and policy guidelines. Maintain and update warranty claim records in the system accurately. 2. Technical Verification & Root Cause Analysis Inspect defective parts or vehicles to confirm warranty eligibility. Coordinate with service technicians and quality control team to identify root causes of failure. Prepare claim investigation reports and provide feedback to management or manufacturer. 3. Communication & Coordination Communicate clearly with dealers, customers, and suppliers regarding claim status. Coordinate with parts, service, and finance teams for claim settlement. Follow up with manufacturer or supplier for claim reimbursement when applicable. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare monthly reports on claim status, cost, and trends. Analyze claim data to identify product weaknesses or repetitive issues. Keep proper documentation for audit and future reference. 5. Policy & Process Improvement Recommend improvements to warranty processes and policies. Support training to dealers or service staff on claim and warranty procedures. Contribute to improving product and service quality through feedback and analysis. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in claim, warranty, or after-sales service (automotive industry preferred). Good understanding of vehicle systems, parts, and repair processes. Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy (Excel, ERP/Warranty systems). Good communication in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
