DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients. 2. Identify opportunities for additional tests and service packages. 3. Upsell new panels, add-on tests, or volume-based discounts. 4. Cross-sell complementary services 5. Resolve client queries and escalate technical issues to product specialist. 6. Support all customer inquiries, requests, and service coordination. 7. Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing timely test processing, issue resolution, and proactive communication. 8. Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs, opportunities, and risk areas. 9. Approach potential clients to reach sales target. 10. Track client sales report, sales trend and initiate follow-up actions to prevent sales decline. 11. Support the sales team in contract renewals, service presentations, and gathering customer feedback. 12. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction. 13. Support promotional campaigns which slow test and introduce new tests PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCE Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field. 2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B account management or sales within healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory services. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 4. Language: Good English, Chinese is better 5. Computer: required Ms. Office is Good 6. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory equipment, reagents, and services. 7. Strong Problem-Solving and Customer-Focused Approach 8. Self-Motivated with an Ability to Work Independently 9. High Attention to Detail and Time-Management Skills 10. Results-Driven and Resilient with a Goal-Oriented Mindset 11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 12. Honest and High Commitment
