Compliance Officer

JOB TITLE: COMPLIANCE OFFICER REPORTS TO: COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR LOCATION: SETBOU, TA KHMAU SALARY RANGE: 600$ TO 700$ CSR KEY RESPONSIBLE • Assist in conduct trainings related to compliance (Social, CTPAT, environmental…etc.,); • Check the maintenance record regularly (Electric Boxes, Fire extinguishers, fire systems… etc.,); • Regularly patrol the factory to ensure that the hygiene is carried out in accordance with the 6S standard; • Check all the signage of the factory regularly , replace new one if needed; • Assist in preparing audit documents, filling, and record keeping; • Escort auditor or customer for the factory/ workshop tour; • Check the Suggestion box regularly together with HR Dept. • Check and update the risk assessment report. • Keep track of buyer’s social/environmental compliance standards. • Organize OHS, PICC, and HIV Committee meeting with minutes of meeting report. • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
