*Description: - Supervise daily front office operations and customer service activities. - Ensure professional handling of tenant inquiries, broker check-ins, calls, and chat. - Build positive relationships with tenants and ensure timely support for their requests. - Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and IT to resolve tenant issues. - Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Conduct regular tenant satisfaction checks and follow up on concerns. - Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper coverage at all times. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports and billing for payment. - Manage, train, and supervise customer service officers, and front office staff. - Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for improvement. - Other tasks assigned by the manager. *Job requirement: - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, or Office Administration. - Experience in commercial/office building management is an advantage. - Supervisory experience required. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in MS Office. - Good Thai (speaking and writing). *Benefits: - Very Competitive salary - Provided the accommodation with Room AC - Offer meal 3times per day - Other benefits - Location: Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey province.
