Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities. 7. Prepare Cash collect report for The Elysée, Elite Town, La Seine, and future project to be included. 8. Issue and delegate information and announcement to customer. 9. Join with sale department to check handover house to the owner and Delivery Invoice to Customer. 10. Follow up outstanding fee with house owner or tenants to pay Space of Rental fee, Electricity fee. 11. Water fee, Parking fee, Management fee, and Property Tax fee and other fee. 12. Access Car and motorcycle parking card and Elevator Card. 13. Cooperate and process customer concerns and request to managements. 14. Performing additional duties where needed assigned by Property Manager.
