E-commerce Project Leader

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy E-Commerce Project Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our online retail initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the digital commerce strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely launch and optimization of ecommerce projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead end-to-end management of e-commerce projects from initiation to delivery - Define project scope, timelines, resources, and milestones - Collaborate with development teams to enhance site functionality and user experience - Support e-commerce platform maintenance and upgrades - Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices - Work closely with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer service to align project goals with business objectives - Recommend and implement new features, and customer journey enhancements - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure all digital projects comply with data privacy, accessibility, and security standards REQUIREMENT - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in e-commerce project management or digital product ownership. - Proven experience delivering e-commerce or digital projects on time and within scope. - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms. - Solid understanding of web technologies. - Proficient with analytics tools. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
