About Us We are a growing real estate agency based in Phnom Penh. Our internal accounting systems and financial workflows are already well-established. We are now looking for a dedicated and communicative individual to join our team and support our daily financial operations. Job Responsibilities 1.Daily Bookkeeping: Manage income and expense entries, organize physical/digital vouchers, and maintain filing systems. 2.Team Coordination: Work closely with Sales Agents and Admin staff to collect necessary contracts, invoices, and payment request documents. 3.Reporting: Follow established financial mechanisms and report directly to the Management Team. 4.Accuracy Control: Ensure all financial records are consistent with company policy and internal logic. Job Requirements Language Skills (Mandatory): 1.Fluent in English: You will be reporting to a foreign manager, so strong verbal and written English communication is essential. 2.Chinese (Mandarin) Proficiency: This is a significant plus and will be considered a strong advantage for your application. Key Traits: - High level of patience and attention to detail. - Excellent communication: You must be willing to discuss issues, ask questions, and follow up with the team proactively. Experience: 1.No prior experience required. We value attitude, logic, and willingness to learn over years of seniority. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. 2.Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive ecosystem.
