Key Responsibilities: ✓ Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including payments, collections, and recording transactions. ✓ Prepare and Review TTA with Customer ✓ Prepare Monthly Promotion Claim to Supplier ✓ Control Account Payable (AP) ✓ Control Account Receivable (AR) ✓ Control Daily Petty Cash Expense and Cash on Hand ✓ Control Inventory in System ✓ Reconcile Bank Statement and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recoded ✓ Support the audit process and provide necessary documents. ✓ Lead and guide the accounting team to meet deadlines. ✓ Help team members improve their skills through coaching and support. ✓ Ensure all accounting practices follow local laws and company policies. ✓ Suggest and implement ways to make accounting processes more efficient. ✓ Assist the manager with any other tasks as needed Required education & experience: ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ✓ At least 1-3 years of accounting experience, ✓ Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. ✓ Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel. ✓ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ✓ Good communication and leadership skills.
