Supervise and direct the work of administrative staff Checking general expense all department and Factory. Checking monthly expense of GA team Checking and approved Car, Approve Fuel, approve vehicle and arrange driver Arrange Biz-trip for driver Checking and processing renew Inspection vehicle and Insurance Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide customer service Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. Prepare reports and correspondence Make Administrative Expenses Monthly and yearly Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies. Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling Working on maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment. Order office supplies and equipment Check over cleaner work & office environment Managing all inventories, assets, goods and materials used inside and outside the office. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs. Resolve administrative problems and complaints Stay up-to-date on administrative procedures and best practices Others task will be assigned by Manager.
