Job Description: Apartment Receptionist Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, ensuring they feel welcome. We welcome fresh graduates! Key Responsibilities • Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries warmly and professionally via phone calls, messaging apps, and email. • Front Desk Task: Greet residents and visitors, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide apartment information. • Digital Organization: Use Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) to manage records, update schedules, and handle basic data entry. • Support Services: Coordinate with the management team to ensure guest requests and maintenance needs are addressed promptly. Requirements & Qualifications • Languages: Native Khmer speaker with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: Comfortable using a computer and basic office software (Word, Excel, or Google Workspace). • Experience: 1+ year in customer service is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated career-changers or fresh graduates. • Soft Skills: A kind, compassionate, and friendly personality is a must. • Professionalism: You must be reliable, punctual, and carry yourself with integrity.
