- Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Account Management - Manage and maintain relationships with all exclusive WS accounts in Phnom Penh and Kandal. - Conduct regular visits to WS customers to collect purchase orders (PO) and ensure order fulfillment. - Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and product movement across WS customers. Identify sales opportunities and ensure product visibility in key WS outlets. 2. Forecasting & Sales Planning - Prepare M+2 and M+3 sales forecasts based on historical data, WS feedback, and market trends. - Estimate monthly sales volume from WS and key customers to support supply planning. - Work closely with the Sales Manager and SCM team to align sales forecast with product availability. 3. Market & Competitor Analysis - Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within assigned areas. - Identify new potential WS customers or expansion opportunities within Phnom Penh and Kandal. 4. Reporting & Coordination - Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required. - Coordinate with logistics, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure smooth order deliver - and payment collection. Track and follow up on sales performance versus target for each WS account. 5. Execution & Compliance - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policy and trade terms - Support implementation of trade programs, promotions, and price structures in WS channels.
