VE Cambodia is looking for the potential candidates of Area Sales Manager - (Local Only) Duties & Responsibilities: • Implement daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plan & ongoing sales for sales staff beyond his control discussed & aligned with NSM • Implement breakdown sales target from NSM and work with his team on baseline and support needed. • Manage the communication with cross departments and marketing team for official communications. • Meet, follow up, support team and discuss with NSM to solve factors affecting sales for areas beyond his control. • Lead team to collect customer’s feedback • Make report and consolidate sales performance report from his sales staff & Sales Coordinator for daily sales plan & discussion with NSM • Assist NSM to recruit and select staff for his team. • Follow up and control key customers for VECL business and discuss with NSM beyond his control. • Prepare and discuss with NSM for customer’s gift, refreshment, and staff’s motivation beyond his control. • Support team for PO sales process flow both physically and digitally for sales staff beyond his control. • Ensure new incoming instruction(s) from management and/or changes in communication after aligned will be implementing by his sales staff. • Lead sales team for meeting with MOP marketing team. • Propose province trip for himself and discuss with NSM. • Coach SR in the field.
