You can do part time (USD$150-200) as well, but we prefer full time if possible. You will get (fixed based salary) + 10% of commission on Professional Fees for each client allocated. The Australian Visa & Migration Case Support Officer will support Global International Migration Agents Pty LTD in delivering professional, ethical, and efficient services for clients applying for visas to Australia. This role focuses on administrative case support, client liaison, document management, and compliance assistance, ensuring smooth coordination between Clients, Case Managers and the Registered Migration Agent. • Assist the Migration Agent with administrative case preparation (checking documents, filing, maintaining records, case note). • Liaise with clients to collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation. • Maintain case files in compliance with MARA Code of Conduct and Australian legal requirements. • Prepare draft forms, client summaries, and evidence checklists (under supervision). • Support communication between clients and the Migration Agent, ensuring timely responses. • Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining case timelines. • Provide translation/interpretation assistance (Khmer-English) when needed. • Monitor case progress and prepare status updates for the Migration Agent. • Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of all client information. • Well performed under high pressure work environment All duties must be carried out under the supervision and ethical framework of a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2217981). Any unethical, fraudulent, or misleading conduct is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to falsifying documents, misrepresenting information, or the misuse of client data.
