Receive cash and cheque from customers and collectors Ensure accuracy of cash/cheque with receipt and collection slip. Verify customer balance with invoices in SAP system and post incoming to system Perform weekly cheque clearance and prepare cheque balance reports and cheque return reports for supervisor Deposit cash and cheque into bank account and prepare daily reports on cash and cheque Prepare main cash reports for bank team to review Keep cash and cheque in vault and prepare monthly cash reports for supervisor and management Perform other duties as assigned
