Boutique Consultant Manager

Job Summary: ALPHA International Corporation Ltd. is a local company to run business consultancy in Cambodia more than 20 years already since 2004. We are seeking The Boutique Consultant Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique consulting team. This role involves managing a group of consultants, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business results while maintaining the high standards of service that our boutique is known for. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Oversee the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and enhance service offerings. • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. • Monitor performance metrics and project outcomes, implementing improvements as needed. • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting related to consulting services. • Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management. Qualifications: - Cambodian Citizen, age between 30 - 45, Male or Female - Reasonable level of English Proficiency, Japanese Speaking would be encouraged. - Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consultant management or a related field. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
