Job Description • Be accountable for own target and team sales’ performance. • Seek out prospective customers and cross-sell the company’s products to meet set targets. • Monitor and Lead the team to approach the new business. • Monitor and ensure business retention from the existing clients. • Follow up on the outstanding premiums. • Support team in meeting with potential clients. • Ensure confidentiality of all information relating to staff, customers and the company are maintained at all times. • Conduct product training or sales presentation for staff to have enough knowledge about insurance products. • Providing the insurance technical to the team for working with the client effectively. • Working with inter-department to find customer solutions. • Conduct a site survey or meeting with the client. • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time. • Other tasks assigned by Head of Business Development. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Professional certification CMII is preferred. • At least 5 years experience in sales. • Extensive experience in bancassurance, insurance, or banking, with a proven track record of leadership and business development. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • English proficiency. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Computer and digital literacy. • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • Responsible for work completion with accuracy and with the deadline.
