1. Office Duties ● Clean office areas (such as workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry). ● Maintain office supplies, including printer paper, stationery, coffee, tea, etc. ● Assist in organizing meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, and arranging refreshments. 2. Dormitory Duties ● Keep dormitory areas clean, including hallways, common areas, and restrooms. ● Supervise or assist with garbage disposal and bed linen changes. ● Coordinate dormitory check-in and check-out to ensure proper room hygiene and allocation. ● Handle employees’ daily requests and concerns.
