Job Summary: The Car Loan Collection Officer is responsible for managing and collecting overdue car loan payments. This role requires maintaining effective communication with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans, ensuring timely debt recovery, and minimizing loan losses while upholding positive customer relationships and compliance with relevant regulations. Salary Range 250$ - 350$ Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and review overdue car loan accounts regularly. • Contact borrowers via phone, email, or in-person to inform them about overdue payments and discuss repayment options. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications. • Prepare financial statements and reports related to outstanding loans for management review. • Provide exceptional customer service to support loan recovery and foster positive client relations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Previous experience in loan collections, preferably car or auto loans, is highly desirable. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Working Conditions • Full-time position. • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
