តួនាទី៖ Assistant Chef (ជំនួយការចុងភៅ) Assistant Chef គឺជាមុខតំណែងកម្រិតដំបូង–មធ្យមក្នុងផ្ទះបាយ ដែលមានតួនាទីជួយគាំទ្រ ចុងភៅ និងក្រុមផ្ទះបាយក្នុងការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ -ភារកិច្ចសំខាន់ៗ ជួយរៀបចំគ្រឿងផ្សំ (កាត់ សម្អាត រៀបចំ) ជួយចម្អិនម្ហូបតាមការណែនាំរបស់ Chef អនុវត្តការងារតាមរូបមន្ត និងស្តង់ដារផ្ទះបាយ ថែរក្សាអនាម័យ និងសុវត្ថិភាពអាហារ សម្អាត និងរៀបចំកន្លែងធ្វើការឲ្យស្អាត ជួយក្នុងម៉ោងបម្រើនៅពេលមានការងារច្រើន -អាកប្បកិរិយាដែលត្រូវមាន មានចំណេះដឹងមូលដ្ឋានអំពីការចម្អិនម្ហូប អាចធ្វើការតាមការណែនាំបានល្អ មានវិន័យ និងភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវ មានចិត្តរៀន និងធ្វើការជាក្រុម ការរាយការណ៍ រាយការណ៍ទៅ ចុងភៅ រឺ មេចុងភៅ Position: Assistant Chef An Assistant Chef is a junior–mid level kitchen position responsible for supporting the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations. -Key Responsibilities Assist with ingredient preparation (cutting, cleaning, organizing) Assist in cooking according to the Chef’s instructions Follow recipes and kitchen standards Maintain food hygiene and safety standards Clean and organize the work station Support service during busy hours -Required Skills and Attitude Basic knowledge of cooking Ability to follow instructions well Discipline and sense of responsibility Willingness to learn and work as part of a team -Reporting Line Reports to Chef / Kitchen Supervisor
