Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan, shoot, and edit short videos and graphic content (may require on-camera presence or coordination with on-camera personnel), covering diverse topics such as food, lifestyle, and culture. 2. Write Khmer scripts, subtitles, and social media posts, ensuring content appeals to Cambodian audiences (e.g., highlighting differences between Chinese and Cambodian cultures). 3. Monitor trends in the new media industry, hot topics, and competitors, and propose innovative content ideas. 4. Manage the content account of the project team, aiming to increase exposure, views, and follower growth. Job Requirements: 1. Fluent in Khmer (speaking, reading, writing), familiar with Cambodian online culture. 2. Chinese communication skills preferred (for liaising with Chinese merchants, etc.). 3. Strong interest in Chinese culture, with excellent on-camera presence or planning ability. 4. Good internet sense, able to capture trending topics and create shareable highlights. 5. Flexible work schedule, as content shooting may require evenings or weekends. Plus Points: 6. Experience managing social media accounts or a background in food-related content. 7. Knowledge of live streaming operations or basic photography and lighting techniques. 8. Experience in short video shooting/editing (proficient in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
