Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for air conditioning units • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, contractors, and retailers. • Key focus in sales channel development for Whole sales and retails channel • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activity. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. • Lead, train and support to dealer / distributor to enhance their performance and productivity. • Generate the action plan to follow and monitor to achieve sales target
