Responsibilities: 1. Customer communication: This involves maintaining regular and effective communication with customers through channels such as email, phone, live chat, or social media. ១. ការទំនាក់ទំនងអតិថិជន៖ ការរក្សានូវការទំនាក់ទំនងទៀងទាត់និងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពជាមួយអតិថិជនអោយបានជាប្រចាំ តាមរយសារអេឡិត្រូនិច, ទូរស័ព្ទ, ការផ្ញើរសារ,ឬបណ្ដាញសង្គម។ 2. Customer feedback management: Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers to understand their needs and concerns, and using this information to enhance products or services. ២. ការគ្រប់គ្រងទៅលើមតិរបស់អតិថិជន៖ ប្រមូល និងវិភាគអំពីការបញ្ចេញមតិរបស់អតិថិជន ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់អំពីតម្រូវការនិង កង្វល់។ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានទាំងនេះ យកមកកែប្រែផលិតផលឬក៏ សេវាកម្មរបស់យើងអោយកាន់តែប្រសើរ។ 3. Resolving customer issues: Addressing customer complaints, questions, or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction. ៣. ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហជូនអតិថិជន៖ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា,ចម្ងល់, ឬក៏កង្វល់អតិថិជនអោយទាន់ពេលវេលា និងមានប្រសិទិ្ធភាព ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការពេញចិត្តរបស់អតិថិជន។ 4. Building customer loyalty programs: Creating and managing loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and encourage long-term relationships. ៤. បង្កើតកម្មវិធីបង្កើនទំនុងចិត្តរបស់អតិថិជន៖ ការបង្កើត និងគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មវិធីភាពស្មោះត្រង់ដើម្បីផ្តល់រង្វាន់ដល់អតិថិជនសំខាន់ៗ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានទំនាក់ទំនងយូរអង្វែង។ 5. Personalization and customer segmentation: Tailoring marketing and communication strategies to specific customer segments based on their preferences and behavior. ៥. ការធ្វើបដិរូបកម្ម និងការបែងចែកអតិថិជន៖ ការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទីផ្សារ និងទំនាក់ទំនងតាមផ្នែកអតិថិជនជាក់លាក់ដោយផ្អែកលើចំណូលចិត្ត និងអាកប្បកិរិយារបស់ពួកគេ។ 6.
