ក្រុមហ៊ុនស្រ៊ីវលស៍ ឯ.ក (THREEWOLVES CO., LTD) We are Hiring! 1- Job Title: Customer Service (2 Position) 2- Employment Type: Full-Time 3- Salary: USD 500 + 4- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Key Responsibilities: 1- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls 2- Generate sales leads 3- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 4- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 5- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 6- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas 7- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution 8- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 9- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 10- Take the extra mile to engage customers 11- Good answer service direct and Indirect (Facebook Page service and Telegram) service to customer with manage time effectively 12- Utilize desired skills, which often include excellent communication, exceptional customer service, and a strong passion for sales information (work with sales) 13- Initiate sales conversations, address product inquiries, and assist customers with detailed information 14- Clearly explain product features and communicate the associated benefits to customers 15- Meet established sales targets and actively drive overall revenue generation for the company 16- Other tasks assigned directly by the head of the department. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration - Experience: At least 3 years of customer service or in the related field - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative - Track record of over-achieving quota - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Professionalism: Demonstrated patience and a strong work ethic.
