Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Visa Sales) Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and sales-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and sell visa services. The role focuses on consulting clients, following up leads, and ensuring a smooth visa application process. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, social media, and email Provide accurate information about visa types, requirements, and fees Promote and sell visa services to customers Follow up with potential clients and close sales Collect and check required documents from customers Coordinate with the operations team to process visa applications Update customer records and sales reports Handle customer complaints professionally and politely Maintain good relationships with clients Requirements Experience in customer service or sales (visa/travel industry is a plus) Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle sales targets Patient, friendly, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, chat tools) English communication required (Chinese is a plus) Fresh graduates are welcome
