Job Responsible: • Key person to coordinate between patients and insurance or corporate companies. • Collect and verify patient information and insurance coverage. • knowledgeable about our company’s offering, products, services, promotion and remaining up to date with any changes. • Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health. • Assist patients with filling out patient history forms, consent forms and insurance formsand assist to inform new patient with first treatment plan • Answer/investigate and direct patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate about our service and response for some networking message • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. • Re-scheduling or canceling patient appointments to patients and forward patient inquiries to colleagues and other departments efficiently. • Other tasks assigned by line manager and management.
