Job Title: Customs clearance Supervisor Job Description: Overview: Responsible for managing the company's import and export operations, ensuring all related procedures and regulations are followed to enhance efficiency and meet customer needs. Location: Prey Veng Border. Key Responsibilities: 1.Supervise and manage the import/export operations team to ensure smooth processes. 2.Coordinate communication with customers and carriers to resolve operational issues. 3.Ensure all relevant documentation (such as customs declarations, bills of lading, etc.) is accurate and complies with regulations. 4.Track the status of shipments and provide timely updates to customers. 5.Regularly evaluate and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field. 2.At least 2 years of experience in import/export operations. 3.Familiarity with import/export regulations and related processes. 4. Have certificate of customs broker issued from GDCEC. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Salary and allowance: 1.Base salary: $800/month 2.Performance and bonuses: $200/month, distributed based on KPI.
