Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist 1. Job Purpose The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving traffic growth, building Gen Z awareness, and leading the video content team to produce high-impact short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role focuses on strategy, performance marketing, video content direction, and analytics to accelerate growth for Khmer24. --- 2. Key Responsibilities A. Content Strategy & Video Leadership * Lead the content team to produce *daily short-form videos* (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). * Plan weekly & monthly content calendars focused on attracting Gen Z. * Research trends, viral formats, and popular sounds. * Approve scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts. * Ensure all content aligns with Khmer24’s brand and goals. B. Performance Marketing * Manage paid advertising on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. * Optimize campaigns for reach, conversions, and traffic. * Run A/B tests for creatives, hooks, and targeting. * Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPR, ROAS). C. Social Media Management * Grow Khmer24 presence on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. * Build campaigns focused on Gen Z engagement. * Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing content. D. SEO & Web Growth * Improve organic traffic through SEO optimization. * Work on keyword research, content strategy, and ranking improvement. * Coordinate with internal teams to enhance landing pages. E. Analytics & Reporting * Track daily/weekly performance * Analyze content performance to understand what Gen Z prefers. * Create detailed reports for management with insights and next steps. F. Team Collaboration & Coordination * Work closely with designers, videographers, scriptwriters, and editors. * Provide clear creative direction for video production. * Train team members on new digital trends and tools. * Ensure all content is delivered on time with high quality. --- 3. Requirements & Qualifications # Education * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or related field. # Experience * 5 years in digital marketing (media, tech, or e-commerce preferred). * Strong experience in TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO. * Proven experience with short-form video content (TikTok/Reels). * Understanding of Gen Z behavior and trends in Cambodia. # Technical Skills * Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads. * Strong understanding of video hooks, scriptwriting, and content pacing. * Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, TikTok Analytics). * Basic design and editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Adobe is a plus). * Data-driven mindset; able to make decisions based on performance insights. # Soft Skills * Creative and trend-savvy. * Strong communication and leadership. * Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. * Energetic, positive, and able to inspire creative teams. Working Conditions - Location: Phnom Penh - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday (half day)
