**Job Description The E-commerce Executive will support the daily operations and growth of our online sales channels. This role involves managing product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting online marketing campaigns to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility • Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (company website, marketplaces, social media, showroom). • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team to ensure product availability. • Support promotional activities, online campaigns, and seasonal sales events. • Assist in optimizing product content, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through online platforms. • Track and report on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign results. • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities. • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all online platforms. **Job Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong interest in e-commerce may also be considered) • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.). • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media ads) is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. **How to Apply For interested candidates please submit CVs with cover letters to HR Department at Olympia Building Unit S5-12 & S5-12A, Street 161, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, or you can contact the recruitment team via: 0964430xxxClick To Call (Telegram).
