Our businesses include: • Hanuman Travel & Tourism: A leading tour operator specializing in unique and bespoke luxury travel experiences in Cambodia and the wider Mekong region. • Montra Nivesha: A luxury boutique hotel known for its exceptional service and a tranquil cultural retreat in Siem Reap. • Hanuman Fine Arts: A gallery showcasing exquisite antiques and fine arts. • Hanuman Films: The country's most experienced film production and servicing company, working on international features, documentaries, and commercials. • Lumiere Cafe: A film themed café and restaurant Position Summary: The Group Sales Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue and maximizing business opportunities across all of Hanuman Group’s diverse entities. This is a multi-disciplinary sales position requiring a strategic mindset, a strong network and a deep understanding of the facilities within the Hanuman Group. The Group Sales Manager will lead the group sales strategy, identify cross-selling opportunities and build high-value relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE planners globally. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Leadership: o Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Hanuman Group. o Identify and secure group business from a wide range of clients, including corporate retreats, film crews, art tour groups, luxury travel agencies, and special events. o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position Hanuman Group's offerings competitively. o Set and monitor sales targets, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business unit. • Cross-Business Unit Sales & Collaboration: o Act as the primary point of contact for all group sales inquiries, guiding clients to the most suitable business within the group (e.g., a corporate retreat booking that includes hotel stays, a film production location, and a fine arts experience). o Create and promote integrated packages that leverage the strengths of our different businesses (e.g., "The Hanuman Experience" that includes travel, hotel, and an art-focused event). o Collaborate closely with the General Managers and sales teams of each business unit to ensure a seamless and cohesive sales process. o Host site inspections and Fam Trips (familiarization trips) for high-value clients across our properties. • Client & Partnership Development: o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and international travel agents. o Actively prospect for new business through a combination of in-person meetings, sales calls, networking events, and digital outreach. o Negotiate and finalize complex group contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. • Marketing & Brand Representation: o Work with the marketing team to develop targeted sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that showcase the entire Hanuman Group portfolio. o Represent Hanuman Group at international and regional trade shows, conferences, and events. o Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting the Group's reputation for quality, authenticity, and professionalism.
