IT Application Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities •Level 2/3 Support: Resolve escalated tickets related to casino, hotel, and back-office applications ((e.g., ClickHR, SL Casino System (CMS), Oracle Hospitality's OPERA Property Management System (PMS), Oracle Simphony's POS (Point of Sale) & Cuscen ERP). •Application Maintenance: Perform routine application checks, apply patches, and manage configurations. •Database Support: Write basic SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting. •Vendor Liaison: Work with external software vendors to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. •Training & Documentation: Train end-users on new features and create support documentation. Profile and Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. •3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a hotel or casino environment. •Hands-on experience with database management (Microsoft SQL Server). •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
