We are hiring for our client, VBANX, is a Cambodia-based technology company delivering digital banking and core banking solutions for financial institutions. The team supports customers with end-to-end technology needs, and this role focuses on IT hardware sales to business clients in Phnom Penh. Role Purpose VBANX is hiring an IT Sales Executive (Hardware) to grow B2B sales in Phnom Penh. This role suits someone with 1+ year of sales experience who enjoys meeting customers, presenting IT solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach new customers (SMEs/corporates) and grow existing accounts • Sell IT hardware products (e.g., computers, servers, networking devices, peripherals) • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions/products • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales • Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, delivery, and after-sales support • Maintain a sales pipeline and provide weekly sales/activity updates • Attend client meetings, product demos, and support events when required Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in sales (IT hardware/IT solutions is a strong advantage) • Good communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable with customer visits and field sales activities • Basic understanding of IT hardware (or strong willingness to learn quickly) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized • Khmer required; English is a plus What You’ll Get • Opportunity to grow your career in the IT industry • Sales training and product knowledge support • Competitive salary + incentives (based on performance) Ready to Apply?
