Key Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance services including inspection, oil changes, lubrication, cleaning and adjustment. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine problems using tools and diagnostic equipment. • Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, cooling systems, brakes, electrical components, and body parts. • Conduct troubleshooting for engine performance, fuel system, ignition systems, cooling and electronic modules. • Perform pre-delivery inspections on new units according to manufacturer checklist. • Ensure vehicles and watercraft are prepared to brand standards before handover. • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. • Perform sea/water testing (Sea-Doo) and road/off road test (Can-Am) when required and approved. • Maintain clean, safe and organized workshop environment. • Record job details, parts usage, time spent, and findings in service system. • Prepare service reports and submit to Service Advisor/Manager. • Support warranty claim documentation and technical justification. • Coordinate with Service Advisor, Parts Department, and Warehouse. • Provide technical support and explanation of repairs to Service Team. • Maintain professionalism and positive service attitude. Qualifications • Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical / Automotive/ Marine Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical repair (motorcycle, automotive, marine or powersport preferred). • Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and diagnostics. • Ability to read technical manual and use diagnostic tools. • Basic English communication is an advantage. • Computer literacy (basic).
