Junior Accountant (Base In PoiPet)

Key Responsibilities • Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting software. • Help with bank reconciliations and monthly closing procedures. • Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and schedules. • Support payroll processing and maintain employee records as needed. • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation. •Prepare and file basic tax documents and other statutory requirements. •Provide general administrative support to the finance team. •Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and Cambodian regulations. Requirements & Qualifications •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply. •Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for reporting and communication within our international team. •Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a significant advantage. •Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, integrity, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
