Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Executive Department: Human Resources Working Location: Sihanoukville Job Summary: The Junior Talent Acquisition Officer supports the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in employer branding activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, recruitment, and building strong teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Source and screen candidates’ CVs according to job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/online). Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding processes for new hires (documents, orientation, etc.). Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring. Support employer branding activities on social media and other platforms. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are welcome). Basic understanding of recruitment processes and labor market. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.
