Job Purpose: The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to support sales growth, brand visibility, and market penetration for imported and distributed products. S/he supervises day-to-day marketing operations, coordinates with sales teams and ensures marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities in line with company strategy and product portfolio. • Coordinate product launches, trade promotions, and consumer marketing activities across all distribution channels. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels. • Manage the development of marketing collaterals, including brochures, posters, and digital content. • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials • Work closely with the Sales team to design effective promotional programs that drive sales performance. • Support distributors and key accounts with marketing tools, campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives. • Conduct product training and briefing sessions for Sales teams and relevant stakeholders when required • Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing regular reports and recommendations. • Ensure marketing activities comply with approved budgets, timelines, and company policies. • Supervise and guide marketing staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. • Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. • Prepare marketing reports, plans, and general reports for management. Job Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in import, distribution, FMCG, or trading companies. • Experience in trade marketing, product promotion, and coordination with sales teams is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of marketing principles, trade marketing, and distribution channels. • Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office and basic marketing tools; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
